1. The service

Model Access Gateway (the “service”, run by the operator of the service, contact rosariovitale0096@gmail.com) lets you use third-party artificial intelligence models (chat, and a Studio for photos and videos) paying per use with prepaid credit. Using the site or the key means accepting these terms. The service is for adults only.

2. Prepaid credit

Credit is bought in USDC on the Base network (1 to 20 USDC per top-up, at most 100 USDC per key) or, when available, by card: then each euro paid buys 1 USDC of credit. Credit is used for the chat and the Studio, never expires and has no cash value. Unused credit is refunded in the cases of section 3 and always if the service closes for good: to the wallet of the last top-up or to the card used.

Credit is tied to a personal key (sk-mag-…). Whoever holds the key can spend the credit: keep it safe. A lost key usually cannot be recovered; if you paid by card and the key never reached your device and was never used, within 24 hours you can get a new one, once, from the page Stripe sends you back to after paying.

3. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of buying credit by writing to rosariovitale0096@gmail.com (quote the transaction or the card payment). By ticking the box when you top up you ask the service to start at once: if you withdraw we refund the credit not yet used, within 14 days and by the same means of payment; answers and creations already received stay paid (Directive 2011/83/EU, arts. 9, 14 and 16).

4. Chat prices

For each answer you pay half of the model maker's official price for the tokens really used (text sent and answer, reasoning included), but never less than our cost plus 25%. The price never exceeds the official price, except when our cost for that answer is higher (it happens with short answers and with the cheapest models, because some providers charge a minimum per answer or price above the official list): then you pay exactly our cost, with no margin. For models without a public official price you pay our cost plus 25%. When the key is used by external programs (API), each request costs instead the full x402 quote of the request.

Before each answer the highest possible amount is reserved on your credit; when the answer arrives only the final price is charged, shown under the answer together with the official price. If no answer arrives you pay nothing. The higher the reasoning level, the more tokens the model may use and the more the answer can cost.

5. Studio prices

Every Studio creation has a fixed price shown before you confirm. Credit is reserved when you confirm and charged only for what is delivered; failed creations are not charged. Free redos listed in the offer are included.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything illegal; to harm, harass, deceive or exploit people; for sexual content involving minors; to create nudes or intimate images of real people, deepfakes or images of people without their consent; for weapons or malware; to infringe others' rights (trademarks, copyright, likeness). The usage policies of the model makers and of the providers that serve the requests apply too. Requests that are not allowed are refused without charge and we may block a key used for abuse.

7. Generated content

Answers and files are produced automatically by third-party models: they can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate and are not professional advice. Always check important information. Studio files carry a marking that identifies them as AI-generated (EU Regulation 2024/1689, art. 50): do not remove it and, when you publish realistic content, disclose that it is AI-generated.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent allowed by law, liability for a single request is limited to the amount paid for it. Rights that consumer law grants and that cannot be excluded are not affected.

9. Providers

Requests are served by third-party providers (BlockRun, Surplus Intelligence, Venice.ai) and by the model makers. The service is independent: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or other makers; their names only identify the model that answers.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change models, prices and terms; changes apply to later requests. Italian law applies; consumers may sue in the courts of their place of residence. For complaints write to rosariovitale0096@gmail.com.
