Who processes your data

What we process and why

Text and files you send: we forward them to the model provider only to produce the answer and do not store them. Chats stay only in your browser (browser storage): we do not keep them on our servers.

Payment and accounting data: a cryptographic hash of the key, amounts, model used, date and time, the paying wallet address and the transaction on the Base network (public blockchain data); for cards, what Stripe tells us about the payment outcome (we never see the card number). Needed to perform the contract and for accounting duties.

Technical data: IP address and connection data processed by Cloudflare to run the site and limit abuse (legitimate interest in security).

Studio: photos you upload are used only to create what you ask; those no order uses are deleted within 2 hours, the others within 25 hours. Created files are downloaded to your device; the links to download them expire after 24 hours and are deleted within 26 hours. Order instructions (style, notes, product name) are kept 30 days for support, then deleted.

Who receives the data

Cloudflare (hosting); the providers that serve the requests (BlockRun, Surplus Intelligence, Venice.ai) and the model makers; Stripe for card payments; Coinbase as settlement service for USDC payments. Some are based in the United States: transfers rely on GDPR safeguards (EU-US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

How long

Chat messages are not stored. Studio: uploaded photos at most 25 hours (2 if no order uses them), links to created files 26 hours, order instructions 30 days. Accounting data is kept as long as the law requires (up to 10 years). Technical logs for a few days.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies and loads no third-party fonts or analytics. Your browser only stores the key (if you choose), preferences and chats, which you can delete at any time. Only when you attach a PDF or download a ZIP or a catalogue does the browser fetch the needed library from cdnjs (Cloudflare).

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object by writing to rosariovitale0096@gmail.com, and you can complain to your data protection authority. As there are no accounts, for data tied to a key we will need the key or the payment transaction.
