# Model Access Gateway - Terms of use

Paying for a request (x402 payment) means accepting these terms.

1. The service. Each paid request returns one chat completion generated by a third-party AI model. Answers are produced automatically, may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate, and are not professional advice. You use them at your own risk and verify anything important.
2. Acceptable use. You may not use the service for anything illegal; to harm, harass, deceive or exploit people; to produce sexual content involving minors; to build weapons or malware; to infringe others' rights; or in any situation where a wrong answer could cause death, injury or serious harm. You must also respect the usage policies of the model providers and the acceptable use policies of the infrastructure suppliers that serve your request: they apply to your use as they apply to ours.
3. No warranty. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. Models, prices and limits can change at any time.
4. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, liability for any request is limited to the amount paid for that request. If the model fails to answer, the payment is refunded automatically.
5. Your responsibility. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the answers, and for any claim arising from your use of the service; you hold the operator and its providers harmless from such claims.
6. Refusal. Requests may be refused or limited at any time, in particular to prevent abuse.
7. Privacy. Prompts are forwarded to the model provider to produce the answer and are not stored by the gateway.
8. Independence. The gateway is an independent reseller of model access. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any model provider; model names only identify the model that answers. Safety filters and rate limits of the providers are never disabled.
